The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
Com. Sub. S. B. No. 317 -- " A Bill to amend and reenact §17C-5-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to adding penalties for driving under the influence; and creating a new offense of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury."
